Annual Meeting of Members
Our latest Fernside HOA Annual Meeting of Home Owners will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7 pm via Zoom. We mail the meeting notification to homeowners in December.
Regular Board Meetings
The Fernside HOA Board of Directors meets monthly or as needed. Meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month; but that can change based upon personal schedule conflicts.
